House Rules

Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm.

Check-out is between 8:00 am and 11:00 am.

During their stay, all residents are expected to use the property with respect for fellow residents.

All exterior ground-floor areas (swimming pool, sun terrace, summer kitchen, inner courtyard) are accessible for use by all residents.

We provide outdoor furniture, a summer kitchen, games, equipment, linen, etc. Guests are requested to keep common areas, including tables and kitchen facilities, clean and tidy.

Parties involving people not staying at the property are permitted only with prior agreement from the owners and may be subject to additional fees.

The cats residing at the property may not be fed by guests. Guests are also requested to ensure that the cats do not access the swimming pool area or the street.

Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool or in bedrooms or bathrooms. Owners are liable for any damage caused by their animals. Pets must not cause any nuisance to other residents or their pets.

The apartments may not be occupied by more people than the number stated in the booking confirmation.

To ensure your comfort, we do our best to keep all areas in perfect condition and to replace missing items. Should we have overlooked anything, please inform us.

Water and electricity consumption are included in the rent. We ask guests to use these resources responsibly: please do not leave windows open while the air conditioning is on, and do not close curtains over air-conditioning units, as this prevents proper air circulation.

Guests are requested to sort their waste properly.

Smoking is permitted only outdoors.

Subletting of the property is not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 30% of the total rental price is due at the time of reservation. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

The guest may cancel the reservation up to 14 days before the start of the rental period without incurring any further charges beyond the non-refundable deposit.

For cancellations made within 14 days of the start of the rental period, or in the event of a no-show, the total rental price will be charged in full.
